About Creators of Total Comfort Mechanical

Creators of Total Comfort Mechanical was founded by Robert Trainer, a Master HVAC tradesman. After years in the industry, it became clear to Robert that a contractor could be very successful by following this simple formula: provide quality work at a fair price. It was with this idea that COTC Mechanical began.

COTC Mechanical Inc. is a company comprised of highly trained and licensed tradesmen. We are dedicated not only to our clients, but also to our industry. We encourage our employees membership in the American Society of Heating and Refrigeration Engineers (ASHRAE). As a business, we are members of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), and work to improve trade practices and standards. We also encourage our employees to provide teaching and instruction for state apprenticeship or vocational programs.

Most companies within the HVAC industry provide jobs, but at COTC Mechanical we build careers. We ensure the quality of our work by employing licensed tradesmen, and making this licensing a requirement for employment. We are locally owned and operated, by life-long Washingtonians.
